FBA Prep
Thomas Inventory provides the necessary preparation services to get your product ready to meet Amazons strict guidelines for Fulfillment by Amazon. We remove risk of costly additional prep-fees, damaged product being returned, and order reconciliation. Whether you are importing International or source your products domestically, we will receive your inventory and make sure it meets Amazon standards and is ready to be sold!

We fill in the missing gap between your supplier and Amazon. It can be hard to know all of the individual requirements to have an item be eligible for FBA. Thomas Inventory has years of experience working with Amazon and Seller Central. Products are also inspected to make sure they are in sell-able condition

Label Application:

Each item is labeled with a unique barcode to identify the product as part as your sell-able inventory to Amazon. We also apply shrink-wrap and any other needed prep.

Pack and Ship:

Once your product is properly processed and labeled to meet FBA guidelines it is then packaged and shipped to Amazon's warehouses and added into your seller inventory.

We also use Zebra software and printers to create clear and readable barcode labels and shipping labels.

We also specialize in the use of Geami wrapping paper along with our own preparation boxes.
We utilize this process to both provide a layer of protection for goods and to prevent any tampering.
Our process works like this:

We wrap the product in Geami wrapping paper.

The product is put inside of a preparation box.

We seal the product with tamper evident tape.

The box goes inside of a master case along with other units.

The process also gives the product a more uniform shape, allowing us to fit more of them inside of a box than we could otherwise. This lets us use less boxes, saving our clients money on shipping costs as a result. We also have a variety of box sizes, letting us work with a more diverse array of products.

Cross-Docking
Cross docking is a logistics strategy that involves unloading products from incoming trucks and immediately loading them onto outbound trucks, with little or no storage time in between. This process streamlines the supply chain by reducing handling and storage costs, allowing for faster delivery times. Cross docking is particularly beneficial for businesses that require quick turnaround times and efficient inventory management. With our own network of shipping providers we can help you increase the speed of delivery for your goods.
Container Unloading & Palletization
At Thomas Inventory Services we value organization. We can arrange your goods onto pallets for efficient storage or to send them out as a shipment. We can also unload floor-loaded containers for storage or to organize the contents to be shipped to different locations.
We organize them in a way that provides the most value to customers by minimizing costs and handling time related to shipping.
